The Student Counsellor will be a young professional with a talent for Sales and an interest in Education.

Her roles and responsibilities will include

a.     Generating leads and converting them to meet the monthly revenue targets

b.     Handling walk in enquiries and telephonic enquiries

c.     Counseling the students and managing faculty schedules for the classes

d.     Devising and Executing effective marketing strategies, Tie-ups with reputed Brands & Institutes, Market research, Competitor activities and Product promotions

e.     Online advertising and marketing

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates in any discipline

Female candidates with pleasing personality

1 - 3 years of experience. Fresher’s may also be considered

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Experience in a startup is an added plus

Compensation

Rs 150000/- onwards per annum plus incentives

The best in the industry based on experience. Commissions are based on percentage of revenue generated.
