Queens Peak, a city-fringe residential development by Hao Yuan that has direct access to the Queenstown MRT station. There is a total of 736 units of one to five bedroom units with prices from S$680,000 for a one bedroom unit to S$2.96 million for a 5 bedroom unit.
Next is the Parc Riviera, which is a mass-market development by EL Development with 752 units of mostly one and two bedroom units with an average per square foot price of about S$1250.
Lastly, the 38 Jervois, the only Freehold development out of the three, is a District 10 development by Prominent Land. There will be a total of 27 units of one to three bedroom units for buyers to choose from. The average selling price for this freehold development is priced From S$2100 per square foot.
