CLIENT RELATION EXECUTIVE
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Client Service through emails, phone and e-services.
· Help to resolve client’s query related to different verifications like Employment, Education and Criminal.
· Ensure timely and accurate report delivery at defined productivity levels.
· Execute issue /query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up.
· Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Identify, share and support operational improvements.
· Documentation
· Client Relation Management
· Portal Updation
· Coordinating between Vendors & Clients
· Responsible for work in the absence of Vendors(when the vendors are on leave)
· Vendor Management
Requirements:
· Candidate must be Graduate.
· Experience Required – Fresher
· Grammatically precise in written and spoken English.
· Good in MS Word.
